Hey mate... remember you didnt comment on my blog? ;)

Anyway, I dun really know how to fill in my RSS feed and Atom feed, etc etc... not exactly an IT person... care to teach? I was not able to fill in your submission form.

RSS and Atom is your blog feed, all blogs has either one of this type of feed and you just need to fill in either one of it.
If you has submitted your blog to feedburner, you could as well use the feedburner feed on the RSS field.
If you still unsure what is your blog's feed link is, just put your blog's url and I will fix it for you.

Just to let you know that you could as well use the drop blog url at the right-bottom field in this directory. Just provide your blog url and I will fill in the rest of the information for u.
